This project is all about the excitement of discovery and the playful curiosity of childhood. It began in my sketchbook, where I started sketching ideas for scenes and characters. One illustration features a group of kids. Some are digging, others finding objects, all caught up in the thrill of the moment, while beneath the earth, hidden treasures wait to be uncovered.

Another spread shows a child in a museum, gazing in awe at the T-Rex skeleton, immersed in the wonder of discovery.

Both illustrations were created using acrylic gouache and colored pencils on Hahnemühle paper. It’s been incredibly rewarding to watch this project evolve, and I’m excited to continue exploring the themes of curiosity and adventure through these playful scenes.
